The Dryden Ice Dogs have suffered their first loss of the Superior International Junior Hockey League.
The Ice Dogs fell to the Minnesota Iron Rangers 7-4 Saturday evening.
Tyler Walsh notched a pair of goals, while Len Pelletier and Tyson Holder added singles.
The visiting Dogs got outshot 33-28 and Kim Wildhaber suffered the loss.
Dryden still earned a split on the road.
Wildhaber was outstanding on Friday as he turned aside all 26-sots to backstop the Ice Dogs to a 3-0 victory over the Iron Rangers.
Tyler Walsh, Chris Belhumer and Patrick Murphy found the back of the net.
Dryden now sits with a 5-1 record and will travel to Thunder Bay on Wednesday to face the North Stars
