Dryden GM Ice Dogs goalie Landon Pavlisin has been named SIJHL Player of the Week.
The 18-year-old from Anaheim, California posted shutouts in both of his two starts this past week.
Pavlisin turned aside 34-shots in a convincing win over Fort Frances and followed that up with a 24-save effort in Thief River Falls.
He hasn’t allowed a goal in 134-minutes and seven seconds.
Pavlisin is 7-0 since joining the Ice Dogs in early December and sports a 1.71 goals-against average and a .940 save percentage.
Jacob Siebenga of the English River Miners also received consideration.
