Ice Dogs Hoping To Work Closely With Community Groups

The Dryden GM Ice Dogs are presenting their viewpoint on the Minor Ball Association storage room controversy.
Vice-President Mike Sveinson says the club inquired about using the room for a medical and storage site and whether there was a more suitable space within the City that the group may be interested in moving to.
Sveinson is asking the City to consider removing the December 15th deadline for Minor Ball to move out and says the Association has offered to revisit the move if the deadline is removed and the medical room is guaranteed for all user groups.
Chief Administrative Officer Andre Larabie has already stressed the room is for all user groups and not just the Ice Dogs.
Sveinson says the Ice Dogs will personally move the equipment should an agreement be reached and will cover any cost of shelving that may be required.
He stresses the organization looks forward to many more years of partnership with the community as a whole.
