The SIJHL schedule resumes Wednesday with a full slate of games.
The Dryden GM Ice Dogs and English River Miners renew their rivalry to begin 2018.
The two teams meet at 7:30 at the Cochenour Arena.
Dryden GM is 11-points behind first place Thief River Falls, while the Miners are eight points back of third place Thunder Bay.
This will be the ninth meeting of the year between the two, with the Ice Dogs winning seven of the eight games played.
The Norskies and North Stars meet-up at the Ralph Englestad Arena.
Meantime, the Fort Frances Lakers host the Minnesota Iron Rangers.
