The Dryden Ice Dogs are headed to the Bill Salonen Cup!
The Ice Dogs defence shutdown the Minnesota offence and went on for a 3-1 win Saturday night to take the SIJHL Semi-Final in 6 games.
Eric Masters, Cole Golka and Jonathen Philley powered the Ice Dogs offence.
Tate Sproxton had his shutout bid ruined late in the third but finished with 29-saves.
The Dogs now advance to the SIJHL Final against Fort Frances.
They have also booked their ticket to the Dudley Hewitt Ciup as the league representative.
