The Dryden Ice Dogs showed they have a flare for the dramatic in a come
from behind 3-2 overtime win over the K&A Golden Hawks Sunday afternoon.
Trailing 2-1 with under 30-seconds remaining in the Third, Jordan Chong
tied the game on a goal mount scrabble.
That set the stage for Liam Walker who notched the winner 2-mintues
into the extra frame.
Jordan Lamarche also scored for the Ice Dogs while Ryan Michaud
picked up the win.
Dryden is now 11-points up on the Golden Hawks for third in the SIJHL.
The Dogs will now prepare for a home and home series with the
Borderland Thunder starting Tuesday in Fort Frances.
