The Ice Dogs opened a 3-game Thunder Bay road trip with a 6-0 loss Friday night.
Dryden entered the third trailing 1-0, but the Stars capitalized on a 2-man advantage early on with 2-goals to put the game away.
Fort William outshot the Ice Dogs 39-24.
Dryden will seek revenge Saturday night when the same two teams hook up at 6:30 EST
