The Dryden Ice Dogs scored 2-early goals and cruised to a 5-2 win over the Sioux Lookout Flyers Thursday in Dryden.
Brendan Church and Chad Liley got the ball rolling with goals in the opening frame.
Kyle Heck led the attack with a pair of markers, while Mark MacDonald also found the back of the net.
Josh Baker picked up the win making 30-saves.
Clayton Lewis and Nelson Roziak replied for Sioux Lookout.
The Ice Dogs are back in action Sunday night at 6 o’clock against the Wisconsin Mustangs.
In other SIJHL action, the Fort William North Stars downed the K&A Wolverines 5-1.
