The Dryden Ice Dogs stretched their win streak to 6 games after a 9-1 win over the K&A Golden Hawks in Thunder Bay Friday night. Jordan Chong led the way with a hat trick while Joe Harding, Tyler Tesh, Ryne McKinnon, Liam Walker, Shawn Newman and new comer Dale Logel all potted singles. Shaun Szachury faced 18 shot for the win between the pipes. The ICe Dogs will try to add onto their lead atop the SIJHL standings when they face the Bulldogs Saturday night at Port Arthur Arena in Thunder Bay. CKDR will have all the action beginning with the pregame show at 6:15 p.m. Central.
