Ice Dogs Win Wild One

It was a shootout at the OK Corral!!!
Despite trailing 3-1, 6-4 and 7-5. the Dryden Ice Dogs escaped Schreiber with a wild 8-7 overtime win Friday night.
Chad Liley was the hero scoring on the powerplay in extra time.
Liley finished the game with 2-goals and 2-assists, as did Kevin Burton.
Darren Turner sent the game into overtime, while Drew Heinen, Justin Lightfoot and Chris Blaquere also found the back of the net.
Dryden outshot the Diesels 45-38.
The Ice Dogs and Schreiber will take a much needed break and reload for game 2 Saturday night at 6:30.
