“Ice Man” Taking Skills To United States

The Hack is Back!
Famed northern ontario curler Al Hackner will be spending some time south of the border this season.
“The Iceman” has signed on with U.S.A. Curling to be a coach.
Hackner says he’ll spend 4 to 5 weekends at various bonspiels in the U.S. with the opportunity for more travel in 2013.
The Thunder Bay resident was approached by the head of the high performance curling program two weeks ago.
Hackner says there’s a possibility of coaching an American team at the next Olympics in Russia.
