The O.P.P. have released the name of a 38 year old Winnipeg man killed in a two-vehicle collision east of Ignace.
Ariel Arceo was the driver of a Honda CR-V which entered
the westbound lane of Highway 17 east yesterday afternoon and struck a semi tractor-trailor unit.
Arceo was killed in the accident, while the driver of the transport was treated for minor injuries at the scene.
It was snowing at the time of the crash, but its not known if weather conditions were a factor.
The Trans-Canada was closed for almost four hours due to the accident.
