A 47-year-old Igance man has been fined $750 after pleading
guilty to illegal moose hunting.
The man has been fined for making false statements to a conservation
officer, unlawfully possessing illegally killed moose meat and unlawfully
transporting illegally killed wildlife.
Court heard that 4-men shot and killed 2-bull moose off Highway 599 in
December 2003.
Two others have already been convicted and a fourth man is still
before the courts.
