A 29 year old man and a 17 year old girl are facing a long list of charges following a break-in to a business in Upsala.
Late last week, two employees entered the store just before 7 am only to find another man leaving the building with a number of packages of cigarettes.
They also witnessed a woman stealing some gas.
The two culprits fled the scene, but were eventually stopped by the OPP in Ignace.
Dominic McKay Jones from York has been charged with break and enter, assault, dangerous driving, driving with a suspended licence and breach of probation.
The girl has been charged with theft and assault.
He was held in custody pending a video court appearance, while she’s due to appear in Thunder Bay court at the end of August.
