Ignace Sawmill to Reopen on Monday

The Ignace Sawmill will resume operations Monday after sitting idle for more than 2 years.
Bowater and IWA Canada reached a new contract in March ending a lengthy strike.
Luke Drapeau, Bowater’s Manager of Ontario Sawmills, says a lot of time has been spent on getting the plant ready to go.
The Mill will employ about 35 people who have been taking part in training the last 2 weeks.
