Illegal Touch Down

A trip to Woodland Caribou Park has ended up costing a Manitoba
Outfitter some extra cash.
47-year-old William Mowat has been fined $1,100 after
3-aircrafts touched down on Artery Lake, near Red Lake last July.
The Ministry of Natural Resources says the planes dropped off
clients, gear and canoes without the proper permits.
