It could be another week, before the Transportation Safety board has a better idea what might have caused a float plane to crash in a Kenora lake over the weekend.
Peter Hildebrand is a spokesperson for the Safety Board and says they have recovered the float plane, but until they are able to speak to the pilot, they won’t be able to narrow the scope of their investigation.
52 year old Don Canfield suffered extensive injuries, including a broken vertebrae, a broken jaw, and at least one broken rib.
While is conscious, he is not able to speak.
