Improvements to Out of the Cold Shelter

A group of Sioux Lookout residents who are involved with the Out of the Cold Homeless Shelter are trying to improve the facility.
The Committee wants to improve the image of the Shelter by establishing a garden around the Centre and painting the interior.
They also have started a fund-raising drive to keep programs going as well as organizing a Food Bank program.
