After months of work, the City of Dryden has unveiled its proposed
Community Improvement plan.
The plan offers a number of suggestions to enhance the look of the
Highway, city entranceway’s and the downtown core.
Planning Administrator Mary Anne Legros says private property owners
will be able to obtain grants of up to $5,000 to conduct facade, parking lot or signage improvements.
The City would be on the hook for $160,000 over 4-years,
however Council still needs to approve the plan.
