OPP in Dryden and Pickle Lake are partnering to keep people warm this
winter.
The Dryden detachment is asking the public to donate new or gently
used winter jackets, mittens, gloves, toques and scarves for adults and
school aged children.
Community Service Officer Marty Singleton says donations will be
accepted all week.
The Dryden Detachment will also be accepting donations on Saturday
from 9 until 1.
All suitable winter articles will be distributed to those in need in
the Pickle Lake area.
Singleton adds they are hoping to make this an annual program.
