The City of Dryden says sewer main line upgrades will continue throughout the month of November.
The areas selected for lining include parts of Park Crescent, Parkdale Road, Pitt Avenue, Colonization Avenue and Wood Street.
An Ottawa-based company is cleaning, inspecting and measuring the sewer main line.
Waterworks Manager Dean Walker says the new liner will seal cracks and prevent the intrusion of tree roots, providing stability to the main sewer line.
Walker says 90% of the project is financed by the Federal government.
Walker says residents will be contacted when work will be carried out in their neighbourhood and a contact number will be provided in the event of a problem.
