Some injured worker advocates in northwestern Ontario are contemplating legal action against the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board.
Local spokesperson Steve Mantis, a long time critic of the board, says he and the Ontario Network of Injured Workers believe current board employees are breaking the law in their practices
None of the allegations have been proven in court.
A spokesperson for the Ministry of Labour says they can’t comment on information they haven’t seen yet.
