An inquest starts Tuesday in Cat Lake First Nation looking into the death of Romeo Wesley.
The 34-year-old died at the nursing station in the remote northern community on September 9th, 2010 while in police custody.
As many as 18 witnesses will be called to the stand over the next two weeks.
Dr. David Cameron will be presiding over the probe, which is taking place in the gymnasium of Cat Lake’s school.
