A Minnesota man has expressed interest in purchasing the Barclay
School property that was vacated in 2003.
Dryden Council and the Public School Board are supporting a proposal to
put in 5 multi-residential units in the building while retaining a portion
of the facility for institutional use.
The interested buyer has outlined that the complex will provide the
opportunity for affordable family housing.
