International Conference In Fort Frances

Delegates from across Canada and around the world will converge on Sunset Country this week for a major convention.
Fort Frances will play host to the 11th annual Safe Communities Conference.
The United Nations is recognizing the Rainy River District as a safe community this week.
International delegates will share knowledge about their communities with regional representatives.
More than 300 people are expected to attend the event which is sponsored by the World Health Organization.
Hong Kong will host the conference next year.
