The Ontario Fire Marshal’s Office is conducting its investigation into this weeks fire at the James Street Bridge in Thunder Bay.
Investigator Jon Montgomery says so far no cause has been determined, but its a work in progress.
Fire Chief John Hay says samples are being sent to southern Ontario so forensic scientists can examine them.
It’s not known how long it may take to get any answers.
Meantime, CN Rail says that trains are now moving across the bridge, but it is still closed to traffic.
