A shocking upset in the Superior International Junior Hockey League last night.
The Minnesota Iron Rangers stunned the Minnesota Wilderness 3-2 in a shootout.
Iron Rangers goalie Chase Hollander was the difference with 52-saves.
The Wilderness set an SIJHL record for points in a single season with 105, while the Iron Rangers are stuck in 4th with 54-points.
Despite the loss, the Wilderness are having a Chicago Blackhawks like season as they still haven’t lost in regulation since October 24th.
The two teams are back at it tonight at 7:00.
