Irwin Elman Planning One Visit To Northwestern Ontario

There is one northwestern Ontario stop in a provincial tour addressing children and youth concerns.
Irwin Elman is Ontario’s leading children’s advocate and he will be in Thunder Bay for consultations.
Elman wants to know if Ontario is living up to its commitments under the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child.
