One Road Closure Over The Weekend

Area roads are dealing with snow covered patches and motorists are again asked to take their time.
It was a quiet weekend despite the first taste of significant snowfall.
Despite reports on social media about a fatal collision near Glengoland Road, there was no collision.
The only incident was on Highway 17 between White River and Marathon.
Four transport trucks were involved in a crash.
Two of the transports were hauling cattle and the crash closed the highway for a couple of hours.
Minor injuries were reported.
