What’s a better New Years resolution than saving a life?
You can do so next week, if you sign up to donate blood with the Canadian Blood Services at Dryden High School.
Events Coordinator Mike Choi says in 2014 CBS helped 3 clinics in Dryden. Choi says over these 3 clinics, they saw 780 donors walk through their doors and they were able to collect 629 units of blood to send to hospital patients in need.
CBS will be at the high school on Monday, January 19th from 4-8 p.m. and then again on Tuesday, January 20th from 12-3 p.m. and then 5-8 p.m.
Choi says there are 90 open appointments left.
