In Loving Memory of Jack Mann, age 85, who passed away on June 30, 2012 in Sioux Lookout. .
Jack Mann is survived by his loving wife, Anne, his daughter Pat, grandson Erik, and 1 sister Dorothy.
There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place.
In keeping with Jack’s wishes, there will be no service.
Interment of ashes at a later date.
