Thief River Falls Norskies defenceman Jake Eischen has been named SIJHL/Play It Again Sports Player of the Week.
In two games ending the calendar year, the 20-year-old from Hastings Minnesota recorded 1-goal and 4-assists in two victories.
The Norskies only allowed one goal in those outings.
Eischen has already surpassed single-season bests in goals, assists and points.
Jacob Anthony of the Dryden GM Ice Dogs and Connor Jacobs of the Red Lake Miners also received consideration.
