John Tory Pledges Support for Northern Ontario

Conservative Leader John Tory says the McGuinty Liberals need to
relocate jobs to Northern Ontario.
The Opposition Leader says if 1% of Government office space in
Toronto was moved here, it would result in 500-jobs for the North.
Tory is also calling for immediate action to curb youth out-migration.
He adds a Conservative Government would also grant the area more
decision making power.
