Jury Releases Recommendations

A four person jury is releasing their recommendations following the inquest into the death of Lee Antoniak in Thunder Bay.
Some of the recommendations made include random drug testing for heavy equipment operators, back up sensors on vehicles and other heavy equipment and personal communicators for workers.
Antoniak died after being hit by a dump truck on the job site in April of 2012.
