Jury Rolls Issue Hits Supreme Court Today

A top First Nations official is confident of their chances before the Supreme Court of Canada today.
The high court is hearing arguments on the lack of First Nations on jury rolls.
Nishnawbe Aski Deputy Grand Chief Alvin Fiddler says they will argue before the justices, that their people must be included in the jury selection process.
Fiddler is very critical of the provincial government for forcing the issue to be heard at the Supreme Court level.
He believes that based on earlier court rulings, NAN has a very strong case,
