Kasper Starting To Look At Covering Greyhound Routes

A Thunder Bay-based bus company appears ready to pick up the slack left by Greyhound.

Kasper Transportation says it will begin direct service from Thunder Bay to Winnipeg beginning October 31st.

The announcement was made on Facebook and it’s not yet clear if the route will include stops in Ignace, Dryden and Kenora.

The posting says more details will follow.

Kasper is also expanding western operations with service from Winnipeg to Thompson, Manitoba and bus service to Regina, Saskatoon and Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.

Out east, the company says it will start a route from Thunder Bay to White River on September 1st.
