Kavanaugh Scores Two In Losing Cause

Eagle Lake’s Trevor Kavanaugh scored a pair of goals for the Kenora Thistles in the second period, but it wasn’t enough as the Eastman Selects moved into first place in the Manitoba Midget Hockey Standings with a 5-2 win Wednesday night.
The Thistles continue their homestand Saturday night against the Interlake Lightning with their annual Pink the Rink game for Breast Cancer Awareness.
