The C.A.O. of the Kenora District Services Board is
defending the 2006 budget, & says a 2.8% increase was
needed, due to the rising costs of many of their programs.
Sten Lif says he understands why many municipal
politicians may not exactly like the 43.6 million dollar
budget.

to offer the Ontario Disability Support program, and
Ontario Works.
