KDSB Funding Homeless Shelters

A financial shot in the arm at an important time of the year for homeless shelters across the Kenora District.
The Services Board has approved $66,000 in funding for 4 shelters.
The Red Lake Area Emergency Shelter is benefiting from over $27,000 in funding.
The Sioux Lookout Out of the Cold Shelter is getting more then $21,000.
$15,000 is going to the Kenora Fellowship Centre, while the Dryden Food Bank is accepting $2,000.
