KDSB Thanking Everyone For Working Non-Stop During Pandemic

The Chief Administrative Officer of the Kenora District Services Board is thanking all of our front-line workers for their time and dedication during the pandemic.

Our region has seen only one death related to COVID-19.

Henry Wall says helpers across the region have been working non-stop.

“We’re so thankful for all the hard work that the communities, Dryden and surrounding communities, have been doing in keeping our communities safe and somewhat protected from COVID-19.

Wall adds, “It wouldn’t be possible without all of the helpers throughout the region that have just been going non-stop to ensure that our most vulnerable are protected and that we don’t have an outbreak. Hopefully as the vaccine is coming on-board that we can be out of this sooner rather than later.”

The large urban centres in our area have been relatively quiet in terms of COVID numbers.
