Kejick Bay Disturbance Leads To Charges

Lac Seul Police have charged a 26 year old Kejick Bay resident with three counts of assault with a weapon.

On Thursday (October 21) around 10:08 pm, police and EMS responded to a disturbance on Kettle Heights Drive in Kejick Bay.

Police say multiple people were assaulted by a woman using a plumbing fixture.

As a result of this investigation, LSPS say Alison Jane Capay is charged with:

1) Assault with a Weapon- 267(a) of the Criminal Code
2) Assault with a Weapon- 267(a) of the Criminal Code
3) Assault with a Weapon- 267(a) of the Criminal Code
4) Uttering Threat to Cause Death- 264.1(1)(a) of the Criminal Code

The accused was released from custody to appear in court at a later date.
