Kenora Broncos Lose in Final Game

You can say one thing, it’s never boring when the Beaver Brae Broncos and Dryden Eagles meet in girls High School Hockey.
The two teams participated in another classic on the weekend, with the Eagles winning 4-3 in overtime in the final of the Northern Shield Tournament in Dryden.
The Broncos trailed 3-1 with 2 minutes remaining when Nicole Riediger cut to lead to one.
Amanda Wolfe scored her second of the game with 3 seconds remaining to send the game into overtime.
Kenora ran into penalty trouble in the extra session as Dryden scored on a 2-player advantage for the victory.
Stephanie Ferguson suffered the loss.
