This past Sunday at 3:00 in the morning, Kenora OPP received a call that a camp in the area of Strawberry Island on Lake of the Woods was on fire. Officers found the unoccupied camp was completely destroyed; cause of the fire is unknown. Ontario Fire Marshalls office was contacted but will not be visiting the scene.
