Kenora Councilor Rory McMillan says the Parkview Apartments need to be fixed right now.
McMillan is reacting to an Engineer’s report that states the aging
building is showing serious external damage along with some internal
problems.
McMillan says they can ill-afford to sit on the issue for much longer.
