A Kenora man will not have to go to jail after a case of lottery rage.
A 61-year-old man earned a suspended sentenced and two years probation in Kenora court yesterday after an outburst brought on by repeated lottery losses.
The court heard the man become enraged at a Kenora store in February after learning his Super 7 ticket was not a winner.
The man apparently started swinging his cane, knocking items off the counter, before being restrained by others in the store.
