Brownouts or Blackouts Coming?

Kenora-Rainy River MPP Howard Hampton says he saw the warning coming.
Hampton is responding to a recent announcement indicating some Ontario residents could be faced with possible power brownouts or blackouts this summer.
The warning comes from the independent market operator of the Ontario electrical grid.
Hampton says everything he predicted about deregulation is likely going to happen.
