Kenora’s MP is discussing what is happening across the northwest at the Kenora District Municipal Association Conference in Ear Falls.
Bob Nault is speaking with municipal leaders and trying to help communities in the region work together.
Nault says members of the Northwest Region need to work more cooperatively with each other, not competitively.
He also says he discussed a major grid project for 17 communities in the far north worth 1.5 billion dollars.
