Kenora MP Greg Rickford Back in Ottawa

MP’s are back to work today (Wednesday) with the election of a new Speaker Thursday.
Kenora MP Greg Rickford is predicting a 3-week session.
Rickford says that should be enough time to debate and approve the budget as well as discuss some Legislation on Justice issues.
Rickford notes the focus is presenting the budget next Monday.
He says the document will combine some fiscal restraint with strong commitments to transfer payments for health and education.
Rickford adds the budget will build on the successes of Canada’s 2009-2010 Economic Action plan.
