Kenora MP Helps Celebrate National Windsurfing

Sports tourism is the future of economic diversification efforts in Northwestern Ontario.
So says Kenora MP Greg Rickford who is celebrating with Dryden the success of the Canadian Masters Windsurfing Championship.
Rickford believes this is just the beginning, pointing to the lighting of the Sandy Beach Ball Diamonds.
The National Championship attracted over 100-competitors and visitors.
Rickford says sports tourism is where it’s at and notes the Federal Government is fully behind these type of initiatives.
