If Mary and Joseph were looking to rent an apartment in
Kenora, they’d be turned away because there’s no room.
The Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation released
it’s Rental Market Survey, and says Kenora has a zero
percent vacancy rate.
Spokesperson David Philp says vacancy rates have been on
a steady decline since 1999.
